Honestly this property the rooms you can tell had been renovated within the last few years so everything inside felt really nice for the price that you were paying the property is in a decent part of town and within walking distance to many bars and places that you would probably like to visit. The staff were really accommodating to last minute reservations and made sure that everything was in place.

Breakfast was adequate. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location was the best, near all of our sight seeing spots. Room was very clean. Bathroom was extremely clean. Our room was in the back, very peaceful and quite. Room temperature was excellent.

The location was good, two miles from Baylor University Medical Center/Hospital and easy to drive. The hotel was an older La Quinta, but extremely clean! Cleaner than some of the newer hotels. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was continental type/choices. There is a Denny's Restuarant next door if you needed a full breakfast. Very friendly staff and helpful. Will definitely stay again since close to hospital.

Well everyone was very nice and after checking out and driving 6 hours away, I discovered I had left my apple charger there, the maids found it and turned it in!! I called the manager(Danny) to mention that if he would kindly send it to me 300 miles away that I’d pay the fee! He took it to The UPS store promptly and I authorized him to charge my card on file for his trouble! $17.00 and he called me with my tracking number!!! He went above and beyond! I’ll definitely stay there again when I’m the Dallas area! Thank you!

Close to the concert venue. The staff was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Exactly what we needed for a crash pad after a long concert. Dennys next door was perfect for a late night snack after the show.

I was very pleased with the stay and the location. It was centrally located to all the hotspots and activities for the trip I had planned. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was friendly. I have stayed here before and stayed again because it was a great value and had all the things I wanted.

Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Good sized room. Good internet, Not too far from town and easy access by car. A couple of bars, restaurants and 7 Eleven close by. Decent breakfast. Also very helpful when I needed to check out early. Very good value for money.
